The Regional Coordinator is responsible for performance standards of assigned Professional Sales Representatives. Critical responsibilities include recruiting and hiring, implementing Performance Management standards, handling PSS administrative requirements, all Human Resources and employee relations related issues, sample compliance and reconciliation and expense management. Works closely with Client sales management personnel to support all project goals. Removes barriers to successful achievement of desired results. Recognizes and responds to client s needs.  Regularly communicates with field representatives, PSS Program Director, home office staff, and identified client personnel.  Accomplishment of these goals must comply with all PSS/ Client policies and procedures.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding project objectives
  • Record of positive Client relationship management skills
     
Position Responsibilities:
  • Delivers contract goals / results.
  • Develops controls and is accountable for expense management.
  • Participates in and contributes to Client/PSS agreed upon business objectives.
  • Plans, organizes and monitors Professional Sales Representative assignments, activities and projects to achieve Client/ PSS objectives.
  • Effectively plans and conducts required meetings.
  • Responds appropriately to changing conditions and individuals in order to encourage and enhance professional working relationships.
  • Ensures compliance with all Client/PSS policies and procedures, including but not limited to the EEO Policy, to recruit, hire, assign, train and to manage all other terms, conditions and benefits of employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual preference, age, natural origin, disability or veteran status.
  • Fosters a work environment for his/her employees that is free from harassment, including any verbal or physical harassment regarding the racial, ethnic, religious, physical or sexual characteristics or sexual preference of another.
  • Evaluates Territory performance in accordance with Client/PSS standards.
  • Interviews and selects field representative utilizing Client/PSS Recruiting guidelines.
  • Responds accurately to all questions regarding products, policies and business-related questions from customers and representatives.
  • Comprehends and communicates complex technical and medical terminology.
  • Actively responds to management/client directives.
  • Establishes and maintains oral and written communication among all members within assignment, PSS personnel with designated Client/PSS personnel.
  • Maintains the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.
  • Projects a professional image as demonstrated by neat physical appearance and appropriate manner of speech and treats others with dignity and respect.
  • Overnight travel, as required.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.
