As a Field Support Associate working on the Commercial Operations team, you will be empowered to support Field Sales in the execution and understanding of Sales Operations initiatives via Field Sales Support (FSS) and provide timely and accurate customer service by maintaining subject matter expertise in their areas of accountability. In this role, you will contribute to Takeda s mission by providing customer service for applications, systems and reports used by Field Sales employees. These include the Salesforce management system (SFA)/Customer-relationship Management system (CRM) and Sales and Incentive Compensation Reports. A typical day will include:

  • Maintain in-depth subject matter expertise of applications and business rules through liaison relationships with internal partners.
  • Categorize email and phone contacts with Field Sales and help identify trends in call metrics and solutions to reduce frequent issues.
  • Deliver New Hire and Business Lead training for systems and applications as needed.
  • Responsible for working with vendor (IMS) to resolve prescriber attribute (i.e. Rx Data, State License) accuracy inquire issues raised by Field Sales and internal partners.
  • Maintain Takeda Specialty designations and manage approval process for field request changes.

Education/Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong communication/interpersonal skills with ability to interact with management and personnel
Customer service oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with others in accomplishing departmental goals
Ability to communicate ideas and data both written and verbal in a persuasive and appropriate manner to many levels within the organization
Ability to prepare and present presentations

Desired:
Bachelor s degree
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Reinforce proper execution and understanding of Sales business rules related to SFA/CRM, Sales Reporting and Incentive Compensation.
Maintain in-depth subject matter expertise of applications and business rules through liaison relationships with internal partners.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to drive or fly to various meetings/ client sites limited overnight. Estimated Travel approximately 5%.
