Primary Duties: The Creative/Digital Engagement Lead is responsible for marketing enablement in creative and digital strategy and operations. Directing all internal contracted suppliers, vendors and leading the team in ensuring delivery and execution of marketing projects in support of franchise commercial / brand initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Define and drive adoption of Creative and Digital strategy, standards, best process and metrics tracking. Lead all functions of team including organization structure, staffing and budget. Direct staff by providing strategic direction on assessment, design and implementation of policies, procedures, tools ensuring best practices and solutions are established to meet business needs and create efficiencies. Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing/brand teams to elevate digital/creative learning, implementation and innovation. Establish overall digital strategy as part of US Marketing Operations while scaling team to handle volume demands. Increase the effectiveness and create efficiencies in digital and creative marketing by partnering cross-functionally to standardize processes, capture economies of scale, creating and leverage technologies to drive greater demand in the marketplace. Collaborate with Marketing Operations leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in deliverables / initiatives to meet customer needs Responsibilities: 40% Process Drive the execution of the strategy ensuring internal Takeda guidelines (e.g. corporate branding, corporate and commercial operations compliance, digital and multi-channel marketing promotional material development guidelines) to drive adherence and meet business needs Responsible for directing and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Establish KPIs and SLA s through metrics management systems to optimize offerings Explore, test and recommend new technology, suppliers, processes ensuring we are keeping pace with growing industry 30% Leadership Lead Creative/Digital Operations team including short and long-term staffing, resource requirements, and annual operating budgets Create an environment that fosters development of team members. Provide development opportunities and on-going coaching and mentoring to ensure bench strength Seen as expert thought leader to brand teams on creative design, campaign execution, digital operations and agency management providing insights on leveraging digital platforms and technologies to maximize reach for target audience. Lead the management of ad/digital agencies, internal suppliers and vendors increasing the effectiveness and alignment with business initiatives 30% Cross-Functional Create and maintain strategic and trusting relationships with business stakeholders, guiding and influencing business strategies, activities and decisions Drive the advancement of digital and creative maturity within the organization to increase the effectiveness of commercial initiatives. Lead the overall digital approach to campaign operations across franchises to enable integrated campaigns to run efficiently across internal / external partners. Drive best-in-class processes on the development, implementation, maintenance and measurement of digital and creative initiatives providing evidence of ROI/Value Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor s Degree required; MS / MBA preferred 10+ years of related experience in marketing, digital marketing, agency/supplier management, project management, marketing operations or related role within the healthcare environment 5+ years of experience successfully managing and leading a team Experience working in regulated environment required Experience working on creative for digital and traditional channels (email, digital paid advertising, push, in-app, landing pages) Marketing experience required. Solid understanding of Agency and Account Management models preferred Strong collaboration skills Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies: Demonstrate strong consulting, presentation, communication and project management skills Ability to present at senior level and to influence and negotiate to drive initiatives forward.
