Primary Role Responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, put away, order fulfillment and shipping across all divisions of work. Responsibilities 60%: Distribution activities to ensure accuracy in: the receipt and storage of product and materials, order processing and shipping, inventory in a timely manner. Maintain product and lot specific inventory accuracy for all controlled and non-controlled products in a neat and accessible manner. 10%: Ensure compliance with all DEA, FDA, State Board of Pharmacy, OSHA regulations, GMP requirements and all Takeda SOP s. 10%: Ensure facility housekeeping, safety and security requirements are maintained. 10%: Embraces and instills in others the FDC Philosophy of Whatever it takes . 10%: Proficient with SAP transactions Education & Experience Requirements Essential: High School Graduate, Associate Degree a plus Desired: 3 years prior work experience and an understanding of all distribution operations. Attention to detail. Flexible and responsive. Able to prioritize Knowledge of all areas as related to shipping and receiving. Knowledge of and strict attention to all DEA regulatory requirements. Working knowledge of daily SAP transactions Working knowledge of shipping system Other Requirements Valid Driver License Physically capable of performing normal shipping and receiving activities occasionally requiring moderate lifting.
