The Sr. / AD. HCP Professional Marketing - Brolucizumab will be responsible for working with their manager, and across the brolucizumab marketing team and key partners to bring our launch strategies and plans to life through the development of marketing initiatives and programs that will ensure the successful launch of brolucizumab. Position will support the brolucizumab brand positioning and the resulting professional marketing strategy that will inform the creation and deployment of promotional communications and messages for the HCP customer audience. This includes both personal and non-personal activities and messaging. Importantly, this role will support the creation and execution of a strategic vision to translate the brand positioning in order to create the desired beliefs and understanding of the brands defining attributes across our segments of HCP customers.
Supports the creation of the professional marketing strategy and works to translate the strategy to messages, tactics and deployment to ensure the delivery and impact with HCP customers.
Has a thorough understanding of the scientific data for brolucizumab and uses this knowledge to ensure that all promotional messages are consistent with our data as per the approved product label.
Ensures the development of focused and clear sales messaging by partnering closely with the sales team and ensuring a clear plan for pull through and execution.
Serves as point person for the Sales Pocket/NSM meetings and supports the content development and required training.
Partners with Insights & Analytics to ensure that insights and research are captured for the development, testing and ongoing assessment of promotional messages.
Works with HCP customers across all customer segments and understands their motivations, needs, and how our messaging resonates with each customer target.
Has understanding of how other internal partners are engaging and communicating with HCP customers and shares our strategy and activities to ensure alignment (where appropriate).
Partners with Training team on the creation of training plans for the sales force and other customer facing teams to ensure a high level of knowledge and proficiency around key areas of disease state, marketplace and selling messages.
Works closely with Regulatory, Compliance and Legal partners through the development and approval phases of all materials to ensure that all communications are compliant.
Supports the development of the non-personal promotional strategy and resulting activities, including the development of a robust digital media strategy in partnership with the internal digital marketing group.

Bachelor s Degree, Graduate (MBA) preferred
Pharmaceutical, Biotech or healthcare experience preferred or equivalent
SPM level: 1-3 years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
AD Level: 4+ years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
Level will be commensurate with experience for SPM/AD level.
Understanding of Ophthalmology therapeutic area or equivalent medical specialty including knowledge of key stakeholders along the continuum of care is preferred
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities with demonstrated ability to diagnose business issues and develop solutions.
Outstanding collaboration skills. Adept at working with a diverse team to create best in class marketing programs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
