The Sr. / AD Patient Marketing - Brolucizumab will be responsible for working with their manager, and across the brolucizumab marketing team and key partners to bring our launch strategies and plans to life through the development of marketing initiatives and programs for patient education and awareness communications, and the planning for patient support and engagement programs.
Creates patient marketing tactics with the optimal combination of messages, education, and support delivered through the channels that best connect with the nAMD patient audience.
Develop patient focused campaign messages, materials and support tools
Demonstrate passion for understanding patient needs and insights, and the role of patient communications and support as a critical part of the overall brand communication and marketing mix strategy.
Develop patient segmentation model that guides activities
Measures, evaluates, and adapts activities based on ongoing learning and assessment.
Partners closely with the digital marketing group to develop a digital strategy that recognizes the challenges and opportunities of connecting with the nAMD patient audience.

Bachelor s Degree, Graduate (MBA) preferred
Pharmaceutical, Biotech or healthcare experience preferred or equivalent
SPM level: 1-3 years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
AD Level: 4+ years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
Level will be commensurate with experience for SPM/AD level.
Understanding of Ophthalmology therapeutic area or equivalent medical specialty including knowledge of key stakeholders along the continuum of care is preferred
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities with demonstrated ability to diagnose business issues and develop solutions.
Outstanding collaboration skills. Adept at working with a diverse team to create best in class marketing programs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Exceptional time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated marketing acumen and business aptitude
High degree of customer focus
Outstanding level of drive, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
Travel required 15-30% (estimated)
