The summer intern will be coached by a team of senior scientists, on a full time basis, to deliver the outlined objectives.
Objective: Build database of NVS portfolio DP development and perform Data Trending/Analysis
-Build a searchable consolidated database of Drug Product development from various sources (e.g. DoE/QbD/PreV/Validation reports, TRD project dashboard, and TDPs.) which include key compound attributes (BCS class, biopharma parameters), DP characteristics (DP composition, dosage strengths, dosage size, pill burden), technology specifics (formulation principle, technologies, CPP, CMA), and process parameter data as available.
-Perform data analysis/trending to assess level of predictability of modeling (from preclinical in vivo and in vitro to clinical data), to guide future product development.
-A spreadsheet (e.g. Excel)of a searchable database
-Data analysis assisted by NVS experts.
