AD, Sales Analytics & Planning
As an important member of the Neuroscience Sales Operations team, this individual s responsibility will include supporting the Sales Leadership & Operational team in achieving key business objectives and sales targets through the management and coordination of business-critical work streams and events. Key job duties include field analytics, planning, conduct field ad hoc analytics and managing sales strategy and business planning, including monitoring Sales Force effectiveness and performance.
This role will include key direct responsibilities, including:
Proactively monitor business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommend solutions and course correction tactics as needed; develop reporting mechanisms and key indicators to clearly communicate Field Force performance develop and produce field reports Provide Contest/KPI reporting to field team, monitoring field productivity and identification of issues/opportunities Support with Neuroscience Field Leadership to design, implement and track field-driven innovation programs Work with field-based project teams to design and implement key innovation initiatives Support the operational effectiveness of Sales Leadership for the Neuroscience Franchise Support field force business planning This position will require long hours and ability to work under tight timelines
-On time in full delivery on project deliverables - Service level feedback from sales and extended base - Proactive management and completion of tasks

Bachelor's Degree Five years plus of commercial analytics experience
Computer skills & experience: SAS (BASE, STAT, FSP, MACRO), under Windows/Unix, master Excel, Microsoft other Applications (Word, Power Point)
Preferred familiar data: large physician and patient level data sets and pharmaceutical industry data sources (e.g. Xponent, DDD, etc) & specialty pharmacy longitudinal patient, medical claim, and procedure data.
Preferred Background : Demonstrates strong competencies in data analytics Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives Excellent business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self-start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure;
