My client is one of the most exciting and innovative top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in the world right now. After an especially strong few years investment into R+D the company is seeing a period of substantial growth across several of its most prominent therapeutic areas and now has need for high calibre account managers to continue driving this success.

This position will require somebody who can direct the strategy of their business, as well as liaise cross-functionally within the business (with Market Access, Medical Affairs and Marketing) in particular for the upcoming launch of several highly anticipated products in these key areas.

The role will require an ambitious and highly driven individual looking to make a considerable impact within the company by taking the helm of some of the fastest growing areas in the company’s portfolio and likewise the most promising revenue streams. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in successfully managing and developing large accounts within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Manage complex customer segments, stakeholder relationships, and sales and distribution channels.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to determine corporate strategy across the account
  • Developing a deep understanding of customers’ operating models, needs, and objectives in a complex marketplace.

  • 3+ years account management in Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience liaising cross-functionally within a business to help meet the needs of the account.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A natural entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Qualifications up to degree level in a scientific or business background.
