This opportunity is with Adheris Health, a Syneos Health company. In this role, you ll join the industry leader in education and adherence programs that help patients stay on prescribed chronic drug therapy.​ Working with a national network of retail pharmacies and major pharmaceutical manufacturers, we design and administer programs designed to manage chronic disease, educate patients about their condition, and increase patient s compliance with prescribed medication. You ll be part of a successful organization with steady, but well-managed growth.​ The work environment is that of a small, entrepreneurial organization, however, you ll have the security and resources that come from being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Syneos Health.​

The Financial Analyst / Finance for Medication Adherence will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis work and month end close process for the Medication Adherence. S/he will collaborate with corporate finance and business unit development teams to provide insight to how the business is tracking to its revenue goals. More specifically:

  • Drive the weekly and month close process for the business unit to ensure all deliverables are accurate and submitted to Corporate on time
  • Act as a resource to the local business finance teams and provide guidance as needed to make positive impacts on the businesses
  • Fielding all Corporate initiatives down to the local level ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables related to the projects
  • Complete month end responsibilities including revenue, cost of sales & cash flow variance analysis, forecasting, financial statement preparation, GL entry, and other reporting needs as required
  • Develop, implement and maintain forecasting models (P&L and balance sheet) for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Track performance vs forecast, communicating discrepancies to the organization
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Managing monthly and quarterly cash flow, actuals vs forecast for the Business Unit
  • Quarterly audit support which includes interacting with internal and external auditors
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for the providing input to the monthly deck and the consolidation of the total Business
  • Other Accounting/Finance ad hoc requests as needed

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BS in Accounting/Finance; MS in Accounting/Finance or MBA preferred
  • 4 - 6 years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Prior experience with HFM preferred
  • Expert with Excel
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
