We are currently recruiting for a Consultant to join our team in our San Franscisco, CA office. The Consultant will work with project teams supporting Syneos Health s biotech and pharma clients in our Medical Practice Area.
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
- A MBA or graduate degree in business or life sciences (highly preferred)
- Must have 2-4 years of relevant work experience; candidates with pharma or biotech industry experience will take priority
- Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
- Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint) required
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
