Responsibilities
The District Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within a national scope. Activities include organizing, training, and coaching sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
The District Sales Manager's responsibility in this position will be development and management of a national sales team with the goal of maximizing sales. This role is responsible for leading, directing and managing activities of Sales Representatives. They are responsible for leading his/her team to the achievement of established revenue and profit goals by ensuring specific individual and team goals are met and expenses are managed in a fiscally responsible manner.
Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor s Degree required in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business preferred from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 Years Pharma with at least 2 Years Management Experience
  • Respiratory/Allergy Experience Preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading high performing team in complex selling environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive business results and identify new opportunities and strategies through strategic thinking and business planning.
  • Ability to conduct up to 70% travel and possess a valid driver s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
