The Part-time Office Services Assistant will provide outstanding customer service to the corporate office, located in Boston, MA. This person will help to keep the office running smoothly as well as provide support to the front desk. The work hours for the role are 10am to 3pm, Mon Fri.

More specifically:

  • Maintains all office and kitchen supplies and reorders as necessary
  • Assist in keeping copier and kitchen supplies stocked and orderly
  • Maintains the appearance of the kitchen and reception area
  • Assists with conference room set ups and change over
  • Help prepare for new employee onboarding
  • Cover receptionist for their daily breaks
  • Answer calls in a timely manner and with appropriate professional demeanor
  • Use resources to field questions
  • Manages incoming and outgoing Fed Ex Shipments
  • Provides back up administrative support as needed- copying, filing etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one to two years previous experience in a similar role in a corporate office setting
  • Willingness to create an outstanding customer service experience for all clients, staff and guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; computer savvy
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
