Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Excellence Director (RSED) the Sales Excellence Coach (SEC) is responsible for the successful field-based training and development of our pharmaceutical client s sales team within the designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Sales Excellence Coach will work with representatives in their territory to identify strengths and development needs within their selling capabilities, including scientific knowledge, customer engagement and business acumen
  • The SEC will participate in customer interactions to enhance representatives selling capability
  • Coaches will only work within a single business unit/region to leverage product and market
  • specific knowledge
  • The SEC will understand the aligned customer segment in order to coach "how" to move the customer
  • along the product adoption curve
  • The SEC will be trained on our clients coaching model and sales expertise
  • The SEC will serve as authorities in role playing and model effective coaching skills

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 5+ Years pharmaceutical sales management or field training experience
  • Vaccines sales experience, and/or Buy and Bill product sales experience
  • An enthusiasm for coaching and education
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience
  • Ability for extensive travel and field based work.(75-85%)
  • Former management, director and/or field sales training experience preferred
