Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general corporate legal advice
  • Support corporate development efforts (M&A initiatives)
  • Support for financing transactions and financial reporting
  • Subsidiary governance and management for the Americas
  • Negotiate vendor contracts
  • Execute on corporate legal initiatives, including tax reorganizations and contract process improvement
Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Graduation from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in any U.S. state
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate experience with large law firm.
  • In-house experience a plus.
  • Solid generalist background, including strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience, securities law and contract negotiation
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams, including strong organizational and project management skills
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
