Work on strategic proposals, RFPs, RFI, Quotes from Clients, and presentations.
Compile and generate weekly and monthly reports through SalesForce.com.
Provide insight to team responsible for building proposals and responses.
Work on creation of high quality PowerPoint slides, from concept to client-ready presentations.
Provide accurate depiction of data into presentations and proposals.
Conducts research regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity and market trends/opportunities.
As needed, support the Business Development team with recommendations (layout, structure and style) of proposal/presentation.
Coordinates with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects.
Develops and disseminates information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives.
Proofread and format all final versions to provide client-ready document.
Work closely with Sr. Business Development Analyst in workload planning and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain the required information technology expertise, and competitive product knowledge in accordance with Publicis/client standards.
Receive and process leads (website and phone) for team assignment.
Key Working relationships:
Report to Sr. Analyst, Business Development.
Works closely with Senior Leadership, Business Unit Leaders, Client Services, Marketing and other members of various Publicis Health Home Office departments.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree.
Minimum of 2 years in business development and/or marketing in pharmaceutical sales or biotech industry.
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry or working in vendor capacity specific to the pharma/biotech industries.
Familiarity of outsourcing business model.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
Experience in database applications, CRMs (such as salesforce.com), collaboration sites, and portals.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.
Ability to display high-levels of initiative, effort and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.
Ability to assess situations and problem solve to achieve defined objectives.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
