Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team!

 

The Client Services Manager s (CSM) key responsibility is to work with the Client Services Director(s) to ensure that client contract deliverables are being met. The Manager works closely with the Director to plan, schedule and monitor project milestones for client support activities. This position will coordinate across Publicis Touchpoint Solutions and client departments to identify issues and implement corrective solutions. Client Services Managers schedule and facilitate appropriate meetings and events within projects, and work with operation and other departments within Publicis Touchpoint Solutions to assure that reporting needs are being met.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Assists Client Services Directors with daily project management responsibilities, ensuring each assigned client project flows smoothly through each required Publicis Touchpoint Solutions department from inception to completion
  • Develops procedures to assure that assigned client s contract deliverables
  • Establishes and maintains effective communications with other Publicis Touchpoint Solutions departments as well as the client
  • Works with Publicis Touchpoint Solutions departments and vendors: IT, Help Desk, Asset Management, Analytics and Sampling Compliance to make certain that each team is meeting the client s needs per contract specifications
  • Schedules meetings with appropriate Publicis Touchpoint Solutions and client staff to coordinate projects and impact a seamless, on-time project delivery
  • Assists Client Services Directors in schedule development, decisions, and recommendations to meet production goals for project completion
  • Monitors client satisfaction and works with appropriate teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Monitors and documents scope and quality issues for all assigned projects
  • Tracks and ensures receipt of materials from client
  • Works internally to develop and monitor quality of management reports and tools which measure key contract metrics such as rep productivity, sample distribution, bonus and contest results
  • Creates project/production timelines that correlate with clients to ensure project success
  • Sets up production plans and works with internal departments to define required resources for any new client projects such as new product additions or sales force realignments
  • Completes special projects as assigned
  • Overnight travel as required

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor s Degree required
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Experience within Sales, Client Services or Marketing departments a plus.
  • Must have experience in project management, including schedule development, coordination and management.
