As an Associate Director, Professional Marketing Hematology working on the US Hematology team, you will be empowered to lead the branded promotion work stream for multiple products within the portfolio. This individual will be responsible for segmentation, positioning, targeting, messaging, branded campaign evolution and execution of branded promotion tactics and roll-out to the sales force, and a typical day will include:


  • Refine brand strategies and implement tactics to maximize brand sales and profitability
  • Analyze market and competitive trends and refine marketing initiatives based on the findings
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners such as medical, regulatory, legal, sales, sales training and business insights to launch and pull-through marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute communication plans, messaging and campaigns. Deliver expected results on complex, multifaceted marketing projects to support success
  • Partner with sales and training to develop and execute content for national and regional sales meetings
  • Manage promotional budget and spend for work stream
  • Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects and agencies within time and budget parameters

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Thrombosis/Hematology experience is strongly preferred


  • Approximately 20-25% travel within the United States
