Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the Process Safety Management program in Covington. Ensures all of OSHA s PSM program elements are in place and successfully integrated into all of our business processes at the Site. Responsible for maintaining all documentation related to PSM and presenting the program to internal and external auditors. Also responsible for the Site management inspection program and operational readiness committees.

Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the PSM program ensuring compliance with all legal and Company requirements. This position is responsible to determine PSM applicability at our site and to ensure all PSM elements are in place. Periodically conducts HAZOPs and risk assessments. Ensures all findings and recommendations are addressed. Assesses all PSM related changes. Conducts program self-assessments, participate in corporate audits, and assists in investigation of incidents. Manages PSM related changes to the process. Manages all documentation related to the PSM program. Also responsible for other safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, Contractor Safety, Confined Spaces, Safety Committees and others as necessary.Support operational area(s) as needed for sustaining EHS programs. Conducts program self-assessments, participate in corporate audits, and assists in investigation of incidents. Assess contractor work/projects and identify preventive and mitigation actions. Support operational areas through regular inspections, training, incident investigation efforts and management of action items. Maintains the Site PSM Sharepoint Site.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is required.

4-7 years of overall experience directly working in EHS with at least 1-3 years in a PSM related role.
