  • Support the establishment of and maintenance of credit policy and processes including, but not limited to, bad debt reserve, credit applications, credit limit changes, order releases, account review, allocation review, acquisitions and audit.
  • Ensure credit risk analysis is performed within guidelines to avoid unnecessary risk.
  • Participate in bad debt analysis preparation and meetings.
  • Participate in process development projects and take an active role in understanding cross-functional team impact to assist in driving quality improvements, processes and initiatives.
  • Perform annual review of departmental operating procedures.
  • Make entries using our CRM tool to document account changes that drive reporting.


  • Good analytical skills, familiar with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Problem solving skills required.
  • Ability to ensure customer focus, while maintaining risk management controls.
  • Able to make recommendations under time constraints.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with credit agency reporting preferred.
  • Detail / goal oriented.
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work either independently or in a team-oriented environment.
  • Risk Management.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of business processes and procedures.
  • Adaptability to diverse business strategies
  • Minimum of a high school diploma required. College degree preferred along with 2 to 5 years of experience.
