  • Must be driven to meet monthly / annual financial targets.
  • DSO and Cash flow management.
  • Able to utilize strong analytics and communication to resolve open AR issues to avoid any disruption to service levels.
  • Internal and external business partner minded seeking fair and consistent resolution.
  • Strong contract compliance understanding to ensure accuracy of account entries for document correction.
  • Able to identify exceptions to process and channels to document business rationale and ensure consistent treatment of customers.
  • Clear understanding of drivers that impact forecasted results to communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborative with cross functional business teams including Customer Service, Sales, Market Access, Channel Operations and Legal to resolve issues, maintain business partnerships, and keep accounts current.
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement and pursue opportunities to build efficiencies for the team / business.
  • Oversee, guide, and support the collections team.
  • Ensure process knowledge gaps do not exist by cross training the team.
  • Analyze trade AR to ensure proactive approach to collections, issue resolution, and escalation of issues to ensure internal controls are met.
  • Month end processes, reporting, analytics, and metrics.
  • Manage internal and external audit processes.
  • Functional project management for business acquisitions and divestitures.

  • Ability to identify an opportunity, take initiative, guide and influence others toward goal accomplishment.
  • Ability to manage a team by establishing and clearly communicating expectations, motivating individuals, and providing honest and fair feedback.
  • 5+ years experience in commercial collections, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field is required. MBA is a plus.
