Job Description

Takeda Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director Strategic Insight Partner (SIP), Portfolio and Pipeline Lead in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: MS degree in Business Administration and Science or related field or foreign equivalent degree plus 5 years of related experience; OR BS degree in Business Administration and Science or related field or foreign equivalent degree plus 8 years of related experience. Reqd skills: Partner with New Product Planning to evaluate Business Development opportunities using market research, forecasting and competitive intelligence to identify commercial opportunity and potential barriers and drivers for TPP (target product profile) (3 yrs); conduct customer and market analyses to shape clinical development program, asset strategy, target product profiles, product positioning and product claims (3 yrs); assess current pharmaceutical market trends and brand performance and make recommendations on strategies to meet market and competitive conditions and achieve financial goals (3 yrs); Drive the global analytics for pipeline assets and products approaching launch in the respective therapeutic areas using advanced analytical methods (i.e., conjoint analysis, discrete choice analysis, regression models) in primary and secondary market research and forecasting (3 yrs).
