Job Description

OBJECTIVES:

As customer and market needs evolve and additional transparency solutions with them, we must remain as operational effective as possible as changes are integrated into our systems and processes. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Field Services will be integral to the cross-functional leadership shaping the customer-facing operations strategy to ensure we achieve long-term OBU goals.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role will provide leadership and accountability for the compliant execution of US and global marketing programs, including speaker bureaus, individual engagements, speaker contracting, and advisory boards. Core responsibilities include:
Compliance reporting for all Commercial USOBU HCP Engagements, including Sunshine Act reporting
Accountable for capture and accurate reporting of all ex-US HCP engagement for all Global Marketing teams and Global Pricing, Market Access and Health Economics team.
Accountable for all systems related to all types of HCP engagements, e.g. HELIOS/SBS/HCPES
SOP development, maintenance, and execution
Business rule development, implementation, and maintenance
Management of multiple agencies to support effective data capture, adherence to applicable policies and SOPs, and reporting
Leadership of Marketing Operations Program Management team of 4 individuals

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

6+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in operations or marketing roles required.
Relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience required. Understanding of US regulations and laws strongly required. Marketing, sales, and/or training experience, work in a global environment desirable.

Excellent project management skills including experience leading large, highly visible projects/programs
Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence without authority
Customer service oriented mindset
Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures
Break down complex initiatives into clear, manageable actions for staff
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring others
Understanding of compliance requirements typical in the Pharmaceutical Industry including the IFPMA and PhRMA Codes.
Ability to manage a large volume and prioritize workload accordingly based on urgent issues
Vendor/Contract negotiations experience required
Self Starter and must possesses leadership capabilities with minimal direct supervision
Superior organizational and time management skills
Proven track record of developing and managing budgets is required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail


LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s degree required, Master s degree preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Approximately 15% travel, which may include international travel, required.
