Job Description

Ensure the achievement of the visit targets of the franchise in the country, Enhance the work efficiency of the medical representatives team implementing the marketing strategy of the Company, Practice creative approach, offer innovations and improvements, Motivate the team, argue and convince, resolve conflict situations, Draw and support the activity plan budget, Draw accounts, tables as required by the administration, Assess the efficiency of the medical representatives, Realize the marketing policy in the plan of medical representatives activities, Work with opinion leaders and other key persons in the region, To make reports and monitoring tables by the demand of management, Organize and held team meetings. Quantitative (visits plan implementation) and qualitative (presentations quality control, visits quality control, the control of visits compliance with the accepted corporative regulations) analysis of the medical representatives activities, Arrangement of double visits, coaching and other events specified by the Company rules at the proper level, Participation in the optimum structure formation, Participation in planning and organization of cycles and seminars for the medical representative s team, Drawing and realization of the strategic plan of activities in the given region (in cooperation with Manager), Conduction of marketing events at regional and national levels in co-operation with Product Manager, including Conferences and Round Tables, participation of KOLs in local and international events (documentation, monitoring of services provision by third parties), Analysis and check of the information on competitors obtained from the medical representatives team with the further transmittance of that to the concerned units (to the Medical Department, Marketing Department), Control of the financial activities in the given region travel and representation expenses, as well as expenses for round table meeting, conferences holding and for other marketing activities in the given region. Control of financial reporting (preparation and submission of orders, reports, lists etc.) according to internal company procedures, Participation in drawing and implementation of the plan of training (revealing weak points in the medical representatives qualifications) in cooperation with the business trainer, HR department and Marketing department. Control of the company ethics requirements compliance on the part of the medical representatives, Direct participation in the process of recruiting as well as in regular re-attestation of medical representatives, Knowledge of the products of the Company and skills in presentation of those. Knowledge of opinion leaders in different directions and work with them (starting from the level of the Head of the department and upwards).
