As a Sr. Operations Data Analyst working on the Supply Operations team, you will be empowered to take ownership of the SAP Master Data life cycle and create solutions for business needs, and a typical day will include:
  • This position owns the SAP Master Data life cycle for the Brooklyn Park site.
  • This position is responsible for routine data management, monitoring, analysis, cleansing and reporting activities.
  • This position works to design and implement solutions to the business needs based on the system capabilities.
  • This position owns site level data analysis and reporting out of SAP including KPIs for numerous departments including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Quality.
  • Responsible for master data accuracy and maintenance within SAP.
  • Defines quality and business rules and ensures compliance data accuracy and consistency by authoring SOPs and auditing of data.
  • Owns the data analysis and publication of Key Performance Indicators for numerous area with the manufacturing facility.
  • Develops system documentation and training materials and train others as appropriate on specific areas of SAP system.
  • Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities.


  • Bachelor s degree in related field in addition to five or more years of related system and business experience.
  • Customer service orientation combined with an aptitude for driving new initiatives through the business.
  • SAP ERP system knowledge in a GMP manufacturing facility required.
  • High level of Microsoft Excel Knowledge.
  • In general, the position requires a combination of sedentary work and walking around the cGMP manufacturing facility
  • Occasional travel may be required; less than 10%
