Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will be empowered to assist the Manager of Finance Operations in managing the processing of payments: A typical day will include

  • Ensure timely processing of documents for payment in accordance with applicable Takeda policies on invoices and expense reports for supported affiliates. This includes scanning, indexing, and posting.
  • Handle incoming expense reporting calls and emails from employees and approvers regarding applicable policies, Takeda s Corporate Card Program, and system issues. Handle all inquiries to resolution in a timely manner and elevate appropriately.
  • Handle incoming accounts payable calls and emails from employees, approvers, and outside vendors with questions regarding applicable Takeda policies, system issues, and payment status. Handle all inquiries to resolution in a timely manner and elevate appropriately.
  • Audit employee expense reports against applicable Takeda policies and/or guidelines.
  • Support the maintenance of the accounts payable and expense reporting systems (e.g. expense reporting system, corporate card systems, imaging systems, SAP, SRM).
  • Assist with payroll filing and data entry.
  • Assist with special projects, as needed.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Communication ability to communicate ideas and data (both verbally and written) in persuasive and appropriate manner
  • Problem Solving ability to identify problems associated with an application and provide specific solutions that resolve the problem
  • Analytical ability to analyze a wide variety of data in order to make informed decisions
  • Customer Service ability to understand the concerns of the internal or external customer, provide timely response/feedback and develop solutions that meet/exceed customer needs
  • Attention to Detail ability to thoroughly analyze and identify key data points which impact the establishment and maintenance of new and existing accounts
  • Conflict Resolution ability to discuss and negotiate discrepancies identified by the customer
  • Computer Skills strong ability to use technological tools effectively; knowledge of Outlook, SAP, SRM, Excel, etc.
  • Confidentiality- ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and sensitivity.
