Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Manager, State and Federal Disclosureworking on the Ethics & Compliance team, you will be empowered to ensure all transactions with Healthcare Practitioners and Entities are in compliance with state and federal laws and a typical day will include:

  • Act as an internal subject matter expert in interpreting federal and state health care laws to ensure all activities with a health care practitioner and entities are in compliance with the laws
  • Manage and maintain all reporting from suppliers to ensure that all transactions are reported accurately and in compliance with federal and state law
  • Collaborate and work with cross functional teams to include marketing, sales and medical affairs to educate on the laws and to ensure you are gathering accurate data from suppliers
  • Conduct data analysis on specific transparency trends to help the business structure future programs
  • Drive continued process improvement efforts and data and system enhancements, including those related to data dispute and inquiry resolution, data integrity reviews, data monitoring and report readiness

  • Bachelor Degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience in a life-science industry role with a working knowledge of finance tracking systems, data analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of and experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated program management experience in order to manage multiple projects and ability to work with multiple functions to include marketing, sales and medical affairs
  • Experience with an Ethics and Compliance program in a life-science industry with a working knowledge of finance tracking systems, data analytics and reporting tools, aggregate spend reporting experience preferred.
  • Proven advanced data analytical skills using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) and data visualization tools, with the ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly.
  • Team player with excellent judgment, listening and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and lead change efforts through effective communication and persuasion
