Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Manager Compliance Business Partnership & Operations working on the Global Oncology Business Unit (GOBU) team, you will be empowered to be a champion for a culture of healthcare compliance through partnering with Commercial and Medical teams and providing strategic operational support, and a typical day will include:
Collaborating with compliance colleagues and key stakeholder groups to ensure the successful implementation of the compliance work plan and ensure demonstrable compliance with our Code of Conduct and applicable policies, guidelines, and Federal and State Laws and regulations.
- Serving as the primary Compliance point of contact providing day-to-day strategic and operational support and compliance guidance to key stakeholder groups in the Commercial and Medical Affairs organizations.
- Collaborating with compliance team and external consultants as needed to execute live and documentation-based monitoring program, the drafting and review of policies and SOPs, and the support of global projects and initiatives.
- Developing and delivering best-in-class compliance training to key stakeholder groups including conducting Compliance training for new home office and field employees within the GOBU.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a life-science industry role with a working knowledge of commercial and medical organizations
Knowledge of and experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, healthcare standard operating procedures, federal Sunshine Act, state disclosure laws, anti-bribery laws, and state price reporting statutes.
Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, compliance, regulatory and legal information
Proven presentation skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels throughout an organization
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies as needed
Ability to travel overnight (air and ground both domestic and international) for up to 25% of the time
