Job Title:Key Account Manager

For this position, the following is the description of the profile needed.

Primary accountabilities:

-Conduct market / account analyses to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational objectives.

-Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

-Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service.

-Managing a range of customer projects at any one time.

-Create and implement HCP action plans in line with the agreed upon brand plans and strategy

-Develop relationships with and drive demand / transition in assigned accounts

-Develop and execute programs to connect dots between Prescriber, Customers and payers.

-Develop / communicate Takeda's products value propositions that provide solutions to customers in terms of safety, efficacy, and overall effectiveness.

-Creating a positive healthcare environment which supports uptake of our products.

-Develop & create brand access plans on accounts level as well as Leading Product Access Team; set direction for access planning and implementation and foster collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensure alignment with Brand Strategy as well as Access Plan and ensure appropriate implementation

-Implement the approved pricing and contracting strategies

-Implement the planned methodology for tender managements in order to ensure maximization of access to tenders.

-Implementation of the brand competitive pricing strategy as well as evaluating pricing alternatives such as risk-share agreements

-Assume responsibility on the target reimbursement.


3+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Takeda

Performance rating at least Performing , having Distinguished will be an advantage.

Strong leadership skills with ability to lead the cross functional team

Deep knowledge of institution business

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Business planning and results oriented

Ability to negotiate and form consensus among various parties

Ability to deliver in high pressure situations and with short deadlines

Strong ethics and integrity
