Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will provide critical direction developing, training and providing the ongoing leadership and sales management to the sales representatives in the field. Provide inspirational leadership and direction to achieve performance objectives during all launch phases. Oversee performance management process for all team members fair and timely resolution. Collaborate with all business divisions to develop strategic opportunities leveraging business intelligence from various channels. Analytical experience working with metrics and reporting tools to drive accountability and growth opportunities for Akili. The RSD will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales who is targeting Directors that can run their own business, making ethical business decisions and think outside the box.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ Years Life Sciences experience. Medical Device or Pharmaceutical experience is preferred
  • 3+ Years Life Sciences Management experience
  • Proven launch execution experience; new category launch experience preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Proficient with hardware and software technology
  • Telesales experience
  • Qualified candidate should live in San Francisco or LA Metro Market.
