The Tele Reimbursement Manager [TRM] is responsible for leading and managing activities of a Tele Reimbursement Specialists team with a national footprint and operating hours. The TRM will be a key driver of tele-reimbursement program development with the goal of supporting access to a self-injectable in the Cardiovascular Therapeutic area. The TRM will be responsible to support the development and pull-through of the strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including the client. Responsibilities will include supporting program design/SOP management, metric development and tracking, training content, and performance management of the team.

Job Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • 5+ year s experience as a Manager or first line leader
  • 3+ years of tele/call center management experience is preferred
  • 2+ year s experience in public or private third party reimbursement or access arena or pharmaceutical/biotech industry in managed care, HUB/patient services with a self-injectable product
  • Proven technical and functional experience working with Salesforce and other Business Intelligence tools
  • Proven strategic planning and analytical experience
  • Experience with specialty products (preferably specialty injectable) acquired through Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, or buy and bill
  • Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and processes with expertise in Medicare Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy)
  • Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors, as well as Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems
