While reporting to the Syneos Health National Business Director, the Regional Business Director will be directly responsible for hiring, training, developing as well as coaching to success a Key Account Manager team in order to successfully launch field strategy to targeted physicians/accounts. The Regional Business Director, will be responsible for motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the Key Account Managers in the Region. The Regional Business Director will effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions and build and support strong customer relationships. Monitor all field activities to make certain all are within compliance guidelines and ensure timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership.
