Under moderate supervision, the Pharmaceutical Call Center Specialist is responsible for providing outbound marketing and in-bound customer telephonic support in a pharmaceutical environment. Primary responsibility will be making calls to clients/customers (such as HCPs, physicians, pharmacists, surgeon) to market a specific product utilizing a call script/guide, then entering the data into a Salesforce.com. This is an internal temporary role lasting approximately 6 months.
