Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is currently searching for a Customer Complaints expert to join them on a project in the South of France. This Complaints Handling Expert role will be an initial 6 months' contract with a high likelihood of extension - also paying attractive hourly rates.

Role and Requirements:

  • Conduct failure mode investigations
  • Assist with further investigation on complaints that are escalated to CAPAs
  • Support Post Market Surveillance
  • Compile and follow up trend reports
  • Improve Complaint Handling process
  • French speaking is a MUST
