Job Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining a warm desk within the Biometrics division. The aim is to develop existing clients as well as bringing on new clients, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment developing high impact resourcing and business development plans and working strategically to implement these plans. The desired consultant will have the following:

  • Proven experience within the recruitment industry (at least 2 solid years)
  • Background in Biometrics/life science sector or IT sector
  • Motivated and positive character 
  • Consultative and result orientated approach to recruitment
  • Pro-active approach to identifying and maximising business development opportunities
  • Ability to interact and manage relationships with highly specialised and technical professional within the life science sector
  • Maintain awareness of key talents in the market place and keep up to date with changes and trends in the industry

Successful applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment ideally in Biometrics/Life science or IT. They must demonstrate a good work ethic (hard working attitude), a desire to succeed, good spoken and interpersonal skills, good written skills, good organisation skills.
