ProClinical is recruiting for a contract position of Clinical Document Specialist, based in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will perform organizational and administrative tasks, supporting Bioresearch Monitoring (BiMo) inspection preparation activities and regulatory submissions for new product applications. Additionally, the job’s purview will encompass responsibility for the organization, scanning and quality assurance (QA) review of clinical study documents. The ideal candidate will adhere to safety and environmental policy and procedures, and will support department environmental objectives.


  • Responsibility for the organization and staging of clinical study documents as assigned by Clinical Operations including both paper and electronic files.
  • Responsibility for scanning clinical study documents as assigned by Clinical Operations.
  • Perform thorough QA reviews of clinical documents following designated checklists and conducts follow-up as needed based on results of QA reviews.
  • Responsibility for preparing project timeline and milestone completion reports.

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/High school diploma with equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong, proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
