ProClinical is recruiting for an intriguing new role of Business Support Coordinator, based in Princeton, NJ on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Government Reporting and Operations teams.
  • Manage calendars and meeting invites.
  • Coordinate team and department meeting logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials as needed.
  • Track action items, send reminders, and provide status updates to project leads.
  • Create, update, and format documents and presentations.
  • Assist with team and department meeting planning.
  • Take meeting minutes (if requested).
  • Perform entry level reviews and quality checks under supervision (if requested). 

Skills And Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years administrative experience. Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Sound judgement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently or with limited supervision on a variety of activities and projects.
