As they strive to deliver products to make a difference to society, they have given authorization to build from scratch a dynamic new business unit. This New Business Unit is focused on Biosimilar products , and is one of the most exciting opportunities we have seen in Product Management for some time.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit Marketing (who is a highly dynamic, extrovert leader who is fantastic to work for), the European Product Manager will be responsible for executing European go-to-market plans for the European Biosimilars business.
Responsibilities for the European Snr. Product Manager include:
(Pre) Launch activities: full design of strategic and tactical plans for multi therapeutic area biosimilars launch
Launch Execution: responsibility to execute go to market activities, working closely with Country Leads, Key account managers, and regional managers to ensure they are prepared for all sales and account interactions
Training: Training country and regional leaders on lead products, providing marketing materials for lead products.
Business Leadership: Contribution to the development of Annual and Long Range Planning by supporting the Marketing Leadership team/.
Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with KOL’s, key customers, and professional bodies and representing the client at scientific conferences
Awareness: Promoting and marketing the brand new Biosimilars business across the company
Price Driving: Strong pricing and market access input working with the access teams to deliver the right price margins for each country across the European region
