PDI, a Publicis Health Company, is looking for exceptional candidates to fulfill the role of a Pediatric Account Manager (acting as a Professional Sales Representative) on behalf of their client, Alexion Pharmaceuticals.   This is a unique, contract-based, opportunity to educate healthcare professionals, drive disease awareness, and positively impact the lives of those suffering from the rare disease hypophosphatasia (HPP).

The Position:

We are looking for Pediatric Account Managers (PAMs) to engage Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to drive HPP education, new patient identification, and meet program objectives. The PAM achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and educating them about the disease state, product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The PAM utilizes approved tools and resources for disease education and product promotion, and maintains a competent level of product, territory and customer activity knowledge. 


Education and Experience:

  •          Bachelor s degree required.
  •          2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
  •          Pediatric experience preferred
  •          Experience in metabolic bone disorders preferred
  •          Experience in rare diseases preferred
  •          Ability to travel 10-25% (may vary based on territory)
