Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for a brand.
Develop professional (HCP) marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategic imperatives
Supports development and evolution of core (HCP) creative/messaging and marketing campaign
Develop and execute competitive brand education strategy consistent with the evolution of the HCP claim platform via non-personal promotion
Partner with Digital Medicines CoE to understand innovative multi-channel initiatives and work to customize for the franchise
Develop and execute HCP social media strategy, including innovative and optimized (for different customers groups) multi-channel communication strategy (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Ensures clinical/brand optimization plan with market access marketing.
Provides strategic direction to professional agencies to optimize marketing mix; balancing return on investment and impact to brand
Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices, and appropriate management of resources.
Collaborate with Global on multi-channel strategy and sharing of best practices
Key Performance Indicators/Measures of Success:
Brand sales performance against external measures and against budget/forecast, including growth and profitability
Feedback from Brand Director , Head Marketing, Business Franchise/Unit Head, Sales team, other internal customers/stakeholders (medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, managed markets) and external customers regarding quality of deliverables and support needed to maximize sales/profits
The ideal applicant possess a strong background in Pharmaceutical marketing (or relevant experiences), a high level of analytical and conceptual ability in order to provide strategic focus to the brand, and demonstrate a proven track record of strong execution and results. The ideal candidate will be proficient at uncovering customer based insights and leveraging this knowledge to drive brand strategy and program development. Additional requirements include the ability to lead and manage teams and multiple vendors. 25% travel is required.

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline). MBA or related Masters Degree preferred
3-5 years of pharma or healthcare experience required
2+ years of pharma US operational marketing preferred
Preferred operational marketing experience with focus on product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience
Previous experience in Rheumatology, more specifically in the area of Spondyloarthritis, including Psoriatic Arthritis and/or Ankylosing Spondylitis preferred
Previous experience with biologics preferred
Excellent business/commercial acumen
Proven ability to understand, track, analyze and leverage customer and marketplace insights into building effective marketing strategies and business plans
Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner.
Proven track record of strong execution and results
Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the market.
Exceptional use of time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hand held device proficiency.
