The Sr. / AD Peer 2 Peer Marketing - Brolucizumab will be responsible for working with their manager, and across the brolucizumab marketing team and key partners to bring our launch strategies and plans to life through the development of marketing initiatives and programs that will ensure the successful launch of brolucizumab. This position will support HCP engagement and advocacy for brolucizumab, including the development and implementation of the peer-to-peer marketing strategy for the brand and the related plans for speaker programs, congress planning, medical society activities, and HCP advisory boards.
Responsibilities Include:
Support the creation and implementation our strategy for ME advocacy based on knowledge of US Retina market and the role of ME advocacy within the US Retina community
Works closely with key customer facing organizations on the development of the advocacy strategy to gather their input and to develop the plan for pull through and assessment
Supports strategy development for congress participation, optimization & engagement
Supports the development and implementation of Peer to Peer marketing content
Partners to guide selection of all speakers for peer-to-peer programs, and leads efforts to ensure that speakers are trained, proficient, effective, and compliant with NPC policy.
Assist in the development of the annual ad-board plan in collaboration with brand peers and other internal partners based on brand needs for customer input
Partners closely with Medical team to appropriately communicate regarding customer advocacy
Partners with Insights & Analytics to ensure the effectiveness of our educational
Ensures alignment to, compliance with, and ownership of all NPC policies, including the Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.

Bachelor s Degree, Graduate (MBA) preferred
Pharmaceutical, Biotech or healthcare experience preferred or equivalent
SPM level: 1-3 years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
AD Level: 4+ years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
Level will be commensurate with experience for SPM/AD level.
Understanding of Ophthalmology therapeutic area or equivalent medical specialty including knowledge of key stakeholders along the continuum of care is preferred
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities with demonstrated ability to diagnose business issues and develop solutions.
Outstanding collaboration skills. Adept at working with a diverse team to create best in class marketing programs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
