The Sr. / AD. Brand Innovation Marketing - Brolucizumab will be responsible for working with their manager, and across the brolucizumab marketing team and key partners to bring our launch strategies and plans to life through the development of marketing initiatives and programs that will ensure the successful launch of brolucizumab. This role will work to ensure that brand strategies are well defined and that the strategies incorporate plans for driving innovation that will distinguish the brand in an increasingly competitive market. This work will need to consider how these strategies and plans for innovation will evolve over the pre-launch, post launch and 3-5 year post launch horizon.
Develop plans and programs that will deliver on the core launch objectives and strategies for the assigned marketing area,
Manage assigned budget to deliver assigned work within budget
Collaborate and partner across the brolucizumab marketing team and with internal partners where needed
Contribute to team culture and model team core values and behaviors
Ensure compliance with all compliance policies and procedures

Bachelor s Degree, Graduate (MBA) preferred
Pharmaceutical, Biotech or healthcare experience preferred or equivalent
SPM level: 1-3 years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
AD Level: 4+ years pharmaceutical US operational in-line marketing experience
Level will be commensurate with experience for SPM/AD level.
Understanding of Ophthalmology therapeutic area or equivalent medical specialty including knowledge of key stakeholders along the continuum of care is preferred
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities with demonstrated ability to diagnose business issues and develop solutions.
Outstanding collaboration skills. Adept at working with a diverse team to create best in class marketing programs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Exceptional time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated marketing acumen and business aptitude
High degree of customer focus
Outstanding level of drive, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
Travel required 15-30% (estimated)
