Sr PM/Associate Director, Kymriah (CAR-T) Brand team

The SPM/AD, Kymriah (US) will include but not be limited to leading the patient/caregiver resources, referral HCP/site resources, and operational excellence initiatives for a positive customer experience. The individual will be responsible for the development and tactical execution of the operational plans that result in successful pull through of the brand strategy and objectives. Individual will also play a critical role in the marketing mix strategic planning and cross-functional alignment, which is required to optimize sales, market share, and revenue growth for the brand over both the short & long term.
Execution of the strategic business plan, tactical program development & implementation, and ROI assessment
Effectively interact with sales force, customers and patients to understand needs and handle requests as needed and develop/execute engagement platform
Manage and coordinate the work of ad agencies, medical education partners and various external vendors including acquiring necessary budget estimates, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
Work closely with internal support functions including sales training, advocacy, HUB, Morris Plains, digital and business analytics
Collaborate with oMAP (med, legal, regulatory) for approval of marketing tactics aligned to brand objectives
Budget responsibility including project creation, spend, reconciliation
Provide effective cross functional leadership & collaboration
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

A Bachelor s degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Level will be commensurate with experience for SPM/AD level.
SPM level: -1-3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred or equivalent
AD Level - 4+ years pharmaceutical in-line marketing experience
Previous oncology experience is strongly desirable
Field Sales and Sales Training experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Strategic thinking, the ability to collaborate and challenge the status quo.
Ability to build leadership relationships and influence in a highly matrixed organization is required.
Successful Execution of marketing plans and tactics
25% overnight US travel is required
