The Digital Engagement Business Lead will develop and execute Digital Medicines plans and projects to support a Franchise / New Products / Business Area team.
Business Partnering/Strategic Planning/Project Execution Demonstrate clear understanding of the product(s) / business area strategic priorities. Partner with brand teams, new product teams and franchise leadership in the development of the digital strategic and tactical plan aligned with their priorities. Partner with Digital Medicines CoE leads to identify effective technology solutions to sup-port business objectives. Lead the execution of strategic projects for enhancing patient outcomes and improving efficiencies.
Interface with Global Digital Medicines and Digital Marketing teams: Work closely with global teams to identify and implement global solutions to fulfil needs of the US market. Represent US at the global digital franchise team.
Plan Execution/Budget Management - Lead the development and execution of the brand digital budget of approximately $10m to $15m. Lead the implementation of digital / technology solutions in collaboration with PLS and Commercial IT.
Innovation/Start-up Company Management - Interface with start-up companies and digital service providers (agencies) to develop innovative solutions for the brands and franchises to establish a strategic advantage.
Metrics/Performance management Ensure proper KPI identification and the development of the performance measurement plans for digital solutions to drive investment decisions. Develop, manage, and update dashboards to track digital KPI / metrics.
Leading Teams Lead high performing teams by influencing key stakeholders medical affairs, market access, operations, market research, regulatory, legal, ad-vocacy and other functions on innovative digital tactics.

BA/BS Required; > 5 Years experience working in digital marketing area is required
Marketing experience (10 to 15 years) in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods or Financial industry
Experience in strategy and/or client services (e.g. agency, consultancy, Consumer packaged goods, financial) considered a plus
Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize more complex issues and work on complex processes, procedures or solutions
Administrative management skills - planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis.
Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs
Demonstrated strong skills in oral and written communication, project management
