Ensure successful operation of learning activity across Oncology Medical Affairs (OMA), including a variety of operational and project-related tasks to manage, maintain, develop, and deliver learning projects.
Support the Medical Excellence function through curriculum development and the administration of training solutions required across OMA Global, Region, Countries using defined technologies, including, but not limited to, Iearning management systems, web conferencing tools, content management systems, SharePoint intranet sites, and rapid e-Iearning publishing applications (e.g., Articulate Storyline and Studio).
Serve as lead administrator of the global Iearning management system for OMA, providing front-line support to employees and managers and promoting adoption of and compliance with system requirements.
Document and maintain up-to-date training curricula and coordinate assignments in the learning management system as agreed with leaders, managers, training partners, procedure owners and other stakeholders.
Monitor, assess and follow up the global, regional and local, mandatory & non-mandatory training status of associates in the area of responsibility, as required.
Communicate training procedures, requirements and compliance metrics to the organization through the learning management system, intranet, and other media as appropriate.
Provide training documentation during audits or inspections, respond to training-related audit observations, and implement corrective and preventive action plans as needed.
Manage reporting requests from clients and key stakeholders.
Learning Solution Delivery Management
Project-manage the development, maintenance, and successful delivery of learning and com-munication solutions by working in partnership with vendors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and OMA team members.
Manage all operational and logistical aspects and processes of a learning solution offering including general administration, such as supporting preparation of learning materials in a timely manner in collaboration with SMEs, providing support to participants and trainers be-fore and during an event, processing invoices from vendors for payment and filing the rele-vant documentation of each event.
Develop and implement computer-based training and communication solutions internally as appropriate.
Ensure that training is consistently documented.
Collect, evaluate and report on data and information from the learner experience (utilization, knowledge transfer and application) to identify needs for updates and plan for future demand.
Maintain and grow the OMA Knowledge Cafe SharePoint site and other ePlatforms and collaborate with communications/engagement staff to ensure the delivery of training-related com-munication and meet the needs of internal customers.
Departmental Support Curricula / Catalogue Management
Maintain web repository / LMS content including on-boarding curricula, role-based training curricula, learning catalogue, and events calendar.
Where training administration or event planning tasks are externalized, ensure the partner provider has all information to deliver and administer programs in good quality and to the needs of the OMA owners.
Manage technical aspects of learning solutions including usage and support for virtual learn-ing methods or WBT-technology. Personally or via an externalized provider.
Professional handling of confidential and personal data of customer population.
Ensures learning content is well monitored and maintained and out of date materials amend-ed or retired as needed, working with SMEs and other OMA members as required.

Delivery of learning solutions happens without issue (local and virtual)

B.A./B.S. degree, preferably in a health science discipline.
A minimum of 7 years experience with Training, GxP requirements and/or Healthcare Industry.
Past experience in learning event management with emphasis on virtual media.
A minimum of seven years relevant experience in a global pharmaceutical/life sciences industry environment with previous experience in a training and communications capacity.
Command of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and Word, as well as experience with SharePoint site administration.
Advanced proficiency with learning curriculum development and working in Learning Management System (LMS) environments
Experience using rapid e-learning development applications such as Articulate Presenter/Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support training and communications initiatives.
