The Early Development Biostatics Intern will review methodologies for intra-patient dose escalation (based on N-of-1 approaches) and recommend designs that could be used in phase I trials when the patient population is small (e.g. rare diseases and pediatric populations)

-Must be a PhD student (having completed 1st year of PhD studies) in fields related to statistics, biostatistics, or mathematics with good academic standing (cumulative GPA at least 3.5).
-Must have taken courses in probability, statistical inference, and applied statistics (regression and experimental design). Must have strong programming skills in R and SAS.
- Experience using R and SAS is required.
