The Advanced Visual Analytics Intern's main goal will be the modularization of Shiny app functions to create an R library.
This library will contain the best examples of each function, whether it is Kaplan Meier, longitudinal, box, swimlane, scatter, oncoprint, etc. written in generalized manner making them functional for use across programs.
This will facilitate the creation of a plug and play environment where Apps may be generated easily by combining these functions in a systematic manner allowing the initiative to scale and impact the Novartis portfolio.
