Work with internal team to build out a presentation which: Clearly details the various types of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Centers of Excellence (COE) (academic, private group, private individual, etc) and identify the structure of each organization type
Define the various ways each COE Type approaches treatment decisions process/pathway. Explore and gather the clinical and non-clinical factors that influence treatment decision protocols in MS.
Investigate if there are relevant metrics that may be influencing treatment protocols/algorithms. Also explore trends that may influence how that evolves in the future (near team to next few years).
Provide executive summary and detailed findings. Work with Director of Gilenya Professional Promotion on recommendation of how we potentially evolve our Account Management role to support the work we do within the COEs.
