Government Contracting & Financial Intern will assists Mangers and Associate Director with timely execution and monitoring of contracts and modifications related to the Medicaid and Federal segment (including Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, Federal Supply Schedule, PHS 340B, and Government of Puerto Rico). Also assists with TM1 system setup for all forecast cycles.
Initiate all contracts within the Federal segment (VA, DoD, FSS, PHS 340B, and Puerto Rico).
Assists with TM1 system setup for all forecast cycles across both GenMeds and Oncology, including validating data from multiple sources
Understand proficiently the functionality of TM1 and the interconnectivity to other systems (Model N, Government Pricing, Revitas, etc.).
Liaison directly with the Veterans Administration and Department of Defense for all contract modifications.
Ensure timely execution of all components of contract administration.
Assist team in the creation of Medicaid supplemental rebate bids and analysis to ensure offers are within company guidelines.
Function as an integral part of a team for projects (system upgrades), financial analysis, pricing analysis and contracting strategies.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Pursuing a Bachelor s degree or MBA (Finance or Accounting major preferred).
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional team atmosphere.
Sound judgment, excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with MS Office applications including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Minimum of 20 hours per week required. Opportunity for 37.5 hours during summer and holiday breaks.
