Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of Xolair MultiChannel Marketing (MCM) strategy, marketing mix and operational plans to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for Xolair in close collaboration with Xolair Marketing Team across Novartis and Joint Venture Partner.
Developing and Executing Multi-channel Marketing (MCM) Strategy
Identify market insights, including competitive environment, to inform brand MCM strategy for HCP and Patient segments
Prioritize & implement marketing initiatives through non-personal, peer-to-peer, digital / alternative promotional channels.
Develop key messages for multi-channel campaigns.
Develop appropriate marketing mix with external professional agencies.
Ensure multi-channel marketing campaigns align with professional & consumer plans.
Monitor brand performance and align with Professional and Consumer and Access Marketing to adjust campaigns as necessary.
Partner with Professional, Consumer and Access Marketing to develop and prioritize content for pull through in multiple channels.
Partner with Digital Medicines Centers of Excellence to execute innovative multi-channel initiatives
and work to customize for the Brand.
Support Marketing Excellence to measure impact with budget information and forecasts for multi
Acts as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline). MBA or
related Master s Degree preferred.
Proven Track Record of success with minimum of 4 years of US in-line pharmaceutical marketing
Previous customer facing/ sales experience and launch experience desired.
Previous experience with biologics preferred.
Excellent business/commercial acumen.
Proven ability to influence without authority, effectively prioritize critical objectives; collaborate effectively with teams across diverse roles/functions and effectively partner with and manage external agencies.
Proven ability to understand, track, analyze and leverage customer and marketplace insights into building effective marketing strategies and business plans.
Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner.
Proven track record of strong execution and results; detail oriented
Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the market.
Exceptional use of time management, planning, organizational, project management, selling and negotiation skills.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hand held device proficiency.
